At OFF-LEASH, our park is a space for friendly dogs and responsible owners to connect, play, and belong. To keep our community safe, welcoming, and enjoyable for all, we ask every member and guest to uphold these standards:

Kindness & Respect
Treat all members, guests, staff, and dogs with respect. Positive, responsible interactions create the best experience for everyone.
Community First
Only non-aggressive, social dogs are allowed at OFF-LEASH. Owners are responsible for supervising their dog(s) at all times and ensuring appropriate play.
Health & Cleanliness
Dogs must be healthy, up-to-date on vaccinations, and free from contagious illness or parasites. All guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dog while following our cleanup etiquette help keep our park spotless.
Safety & Enjoyment
Aggressive, disruptive, or unsafe behavior from dogs or humans will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave to protect the comfort and safety of all our members.
Member Standards
Our community is built on trust and respect. Any violation of these values may result in suspension or loss of membership.

The Golden 8
I. Zero Tolerance For Aggressive Dogs
Any dog displaying unprovoked, persistent, or escalating aggression will be removed and suspended from The Park indefinitely. Our team is trained to recognize normal play versus unsafe behavior- ensuring a secure, balanced environment for all.
II. Owners Are Responsible For Their Dogs at All Times
Every owner must remain attentive and within sight of their dog at all times. A mindful owner ensures a safe, enjoyable visit for everyone in our community.
III. All Dogs Must Be Healthy & Vaccinated
Every dog must be up-to-date on required vaccinations and free of illness or parasites. This keeps our park clean, healthy, and worry-free for all members.

IV. All Dogs Must Maintain Reasonable Hygiene
Dogs should arrive free of fleas, ticks, excessive dirt, odors, and must be in overall good condition. Any dog not up to standard will be asked to use The Spa before entering The Park at the owners expense. A clean pup keeps our park fresh and pleasant for everyone.
V. Owners Are Responsible For Cleaning Up After Their Dog
Please stay attentive and pick up waste promptly as a courtesy to your fellow members. Use the provided bags and place one of our “Mess Markers” to help staff keep The Park spotless. A clean, fresh park is part of our promise to everyone.
VI. No Outside Treats or Toys
Outside treats, toys, or chews are not allowed in play areas to prevent guarding or conflicts. If you would like to bring your own treats for training purposes, check with a staff member before entering The Park. Exceptions can be made under certain conditions but will be made only at the sole discretion of OL management.
VII. Dogs Must Be Leashed When Entering & Exiting The Park
To maintain safety, owners must leash their dog(s) when arriving and before leaving The Park, and ensure all gates and doors are closed and latched behind you. Inside our gates is the best place for off-leash fun!
VIII. All Guests Must Comply With Staff Direction at All Times
Our team of professionals may redirect, handle, or take other appropriate steps to manage your dog if necessary to maintain a safe environment. Following staff direction is expected from both owners and their dogs. Thank you for helping us keep the park calm, secure, and welcoming for everyone!

Many of our members come to OFF-LEASH after negative- and often dangerous experiences at unvetted public dog parks. We are committed to maintaining a higher standard.
