Spring 2026 Updates at OFF-LEASH

Brief Summary:

  • Memberships now include unlimited, reservation‑free access, no time limits, all public events included, and entry to our private online community.

  • Non‑members must reserve at least 1 hour in advance and are limited to 90‑minute visits.

  • Starting May 1st, 2026, standard park sessions for non‑members will be $20 per dog.

Spring is here, and so are some big upgrades to how you enjoy OFF-LEASH. This season, we’re focusing on making your experience smoother, more flexible, and more community-driven than ever.

Memberships Are Now Available (and Better Than Ever)

We’ve taken everything you love about OFF-LEASH and wrapped it into simple, intentional memberships. When you become a member, you get unlimited, unrestricted access to the club. That means you can walk in anytime during open hours with no reservations and no session caps. You and your dog can stay and hang out as long as you’re happy, while non-members remain limited to 90-minutes per visit.

Membership turns OFF-LEASH into a true second home for you and your dog. All public events inside the club are included with your membership at no extra cost, so you can say yes to more movie nights, yoga, breed meetups, and casual hangs without doing math every time you want to come.

Your membership now extends beyond the walls of the park through the OFF-LEASH private online community. Inside the community platform, you’ll find a member directory so you can actually remember who you met at the park, plus member messaging so you can plan playdates, carpools, or events with all your favorites. You’ll also receive an exclusive member newsletter and blog with behind-the-scenes updates, early announcements, and member-only content, along with rotating courses and resources on topics like dog social skills, enrichment, and park etiquette. On top of that, you’ll get access to special offers curated just for members.

We’ve also shaped membership types to fit different lifestyles. Whether you’re a person who just wants to plug into the community, a single-dog household, or part of a multi-household pack, there’s a membership option designed to give you the same core perks: unrestricted access, included public events, and full access to the private online community. OFF-LEASH should feel less like a random drop‑in spot and more like your own canine social club, both online and offline.

New Policy for Non‑Members: Reservations and Time Limits

To keep the park safe, calm, and enjoyable for everyone, we’re tightening how non‑member visits work. Starting now, non‑members must make a reservation at least one hour before the session start time in order to visit the club. This extra layer of planning helps us control headcount, match energy levels in the park, and prepare the space for a smooth visit for both you and your dog. Non‑member visits will continue to be limited to 90 minutes. This means that if you’re not a member, you’ll book your spot online, show up at your reserved time, and enjoy a 90‑minute session with your dog.

Members are not affected by these limits. They do not need reservations, and they are not capped on time. If you love to pop in often, stay longer, or avoid thinking about booking ahead, membership will almost always be the better value and the better experience.

Price Update for Standard Park Sessions (Non‑Members Only)

As we improve the park, our cleaning standards, and our staffing, we also have to keep our pricing aligned with the real cost of running a safe, high-quality club. Effective May 1st, 2026, our standard park session price for non‑members will be $20 per dog. This change applies only to non‑member park sessions. Membership pricing and benefits remain separate. OFF‑LEASH is returning to its roots of being a members‑first social club; casual visits are welcome, but they’re designed to be a one‑off premium experience.

This price adjustment reflects higher standards for cleaning and safety, a healthier staff-to-dog ratio, and continued investment in the space, events, and member experience. Our goal is to keep OFF-LEASH feeling clean, cared for, and genuinely premium every time you walk through the door. If you visit often or want OFF-LEASH to feel like your regular spot, memberships are designed to give you more value and freedom, plus all of the extra perks of the online community and included events.

What This Means for You

If you’re already a member or thinking about becoming one, not much changes for you, everything just gets better! You can walk in whenever we’re open, stay as long as it feels right, and enjoy public events at no extra cost, all while staying plugged into the OFF-LEASH community between visits. Your membership is the path to the most authentic version of OFF-LEASH.

If you’re not a member yet, you’ll still be welcome at the park, but your visits will require a bit more planning. You’ll need to reserve your spot online at least one hour in advance, plan on a 90‑minute session, and, starting May 1st, 2026, pay $20 per dog for each standard park visit.

How to Get Started

If you’re ready to become a member, you can join the club in just a few minutes through our membership page and start enjoying unrestricted access, included events, and the OFF-LEASH private online community right away. If you’re just looking to book a standard session as a non‑member, you can reserve your spot online before you head over and enjoy your 90‑minute visit.

OFF-LEASH was built for people with a love for dogs who care about unique experiences, clean spaces, and real community. This spring’s updates are about making that experience more consistent, more special, and more thoughtful for you and your dog.

A Quick Note From Our Founder

When we opened OFF‑LEASH last spring, we intentionally underpriced our services: memberships, park sessions, events, etc. Year one was about proving the concept, building community, and getting as many dogs and humans through the doors as possible. Prices were experimental on purpose while we learned what it really takes to run a clean, safe, high‑end indoor/outdoor canine social club. Over the past year, we’ve tried different ideas, searching for what works best for both our community and OFF‑LEASH as a business. We’ve learned a lot along the way, and through it all, our incredible community of dogs and people has shown us tremendous support. These latest changes, including the introduction of new memberships, are all about bringing the focus back to what makes OFF‑LEASH so special: our people. We didn’t set out to be just another park, we set out to be a social club and a community for dog people, and these updates are what allow us to deliver the experience we always intended.

A year in, we have a much clearer picture of our true costs. Rent and utilities for a large climate‑controlled space, premium turf and equipment, constant cleaning and maintenance, and a trained team on the floor every day. To keep OFF‑LEASH open, safe, and actually getting better over time (instead of burning out and shutting down), we have to bring our park pricing in line with the real cost of operating a club like this. We are truly grateful to all of you who have stuck with us through this first year.

Happy tails and cool grass forever,

— Kaden Kartsone, Founder, OFF-LEASH
