February 2026: what to expect
We're always listening to what makes our park the best spot in Cache Valley for pups and their people to hang out. As we continue growing and fine-tuning things, we're rolling out a few friendly updates starting February 1st, 2026. These tweaks are all about keeping the space clean, safe, and enjoyable for every dog and owner while helping us operate sustainably and deliver the premium experience you love.
Quick heads-up so you're ready for your next visit!
1. Park Session Regular Pricing (Starting February 1st):
$10 per household (first dog) + $5 per additional dog
Reservations guarantee your spot during busy times and helps our team prepare the park for your pup’s individual needs- like a pupcup on arrival! 😉 Walk-ins are welcome whenever space allows.

2. Owner Supervision & Positive Play
Our Park Organizers (P.O.) are here to keep the vibes fun, offer guidance, and jump in when absolutely necessary so play stays safe for everyone. But as a friendly reminder, owners are expected to stay engaged at all times. This means watching your pup closely, stepping in early to prevent them from getting uncomfortable, and of course, cleaning up after them promptly.
Our Park Organizers (P.O.s) are always around to lend a friendly hand and help keep interactions safe for everyone. That said, the best play happens when owners stay engaged and considerate of other park goers. Your active supervision is what makes the difference in creating a great group experience!
Feel free to relax, chat in the lounge, or enjoy our other amenities. If you'd like a quick break from watching your dog, just ask a P.O. and they'll happily keep an extra eye out if they're free. We're all in this together to make sure every visit is fun, safe, and full of wags!
We're all here for the same reason: to enjoy a happy, safe park. We pride ourselves and our community for being more than just any other dog park. To keep that vibe strong, if a dog needs repeated staff intervention 3 or more times in one session (disruptive play or things like owner not supervising closely / missing cleanups), we may need to wrap their visit early so the rest of the group can keep playing safely and undisturbed. Our P.O.’s calls are final, and always in the interest of safety and with the whole group's good time in mind. We do not offer refunds on early exits.

3. Mandatory Pre-Entry Potty Break (With Rewards!)
While our park is built to handle indoor pottys, a quick outdoor potty break in our south-side area before coming in makes a huge difference in helping us keep the air clean and turf fresh for all. We are kindly asking all guests to complete a quick routine potty break outside prior to entering the park.
As a thank-you to everyone who does their part: pups who poop outside earn an entry into a monthly raffle (prizes include free sessions, daycare discounts, merch, and other surprises! Yay!). 1 outdoor wee = 1 entry, 1 outdoor poop = 2 entries, no limits!

4. Clean Play & Waste Policy
Nothing beats a spotless playground where everyone can breathe peacefully! As a friendly reminder, all guests are expected to handle their pup's cleanups right away. Bags and stations are provided to make it easy.
If our team needs to jump in for bigger messes (like runny stool) during a session, a $7.50 "Spotless Assist" fee may be added.
Our staff is trained on what qualifies; decisions are final and always made with everyone's comfort and hygiene in mind. Thanks for helping us keep OFF-LEASH sparkling!
Loose or watery stool? We may kindly ask for a short break or an early exit. No judgment, this is just a precautionary measure to minimize the risk of sickness spreading throughout the park! This is a sanitation guideline, not a health diagnosis. This is determined case-by-case and staff decisions are final. Come back when tummies settle! (We're adding helpful add-ons to help ease any potential stress poops: fiber treats, pre-entry aromatherapy, calming pupcup toppers, and more- watch for them on the booking page's add-ons menu!)
Unclaimed messes? We might pause briefly to tidy up. If we track them back and it repeats, a $10 fee could apply. A big reason people love OFF-LEASH is our community of responsible pet parents who keep it clean and welcoming, which is just one of the many things that sets us apart from the usual dog parks. Thanks for being part of what makes this place feel special!
Pro tip: That south-side potty zone is your best friend before sessions!

By popular demand, we are excited to share that OFF-LEASH now happily accepts tips for our amazing team!
100% of every tip goes straight to the staff working that day (excluding Kaden): the front desk crew greeting you with smiles, the P.O.’s keeping the park safe and fun, and the cleaning leads making sure everything stays spotless during your visit.
Our team strives to create the most welcoming and special experience for you and your pup; tipping is a completely optional, zero-pressure way to show appreciation for our incredible staff and their efforts.
