Meet our team

Co-Founder & CEO

Kaden is the visionary behind OFF-LEASH, creating Utah’s first private dog park and social club. He leads with energy, creativity, and a commitment to providing a safe, clean, and vibrant space. When he’s not at the park, you’ll likely find him cooking up a new dish or exploring waters as a certified sailing captain.

Park manager

Tonnya is the heart of day-to-day life at OFF-LEASH. As Kaden’s right-hand and our experienced Park Manager, she ensures our park stays safe, clean, and fun. When she’s not making magic happen at the park, you can probably find her adventuring through her favorite place on Earth- Yellowstone National Park!

Park organizer

Matilee is one of our skilled and knowledgable Park Organizers. With a background in canine training and behavior, Matilee is a trusted source in helping our members build an even stronger relationships with their pups. She has two amazing dogs and is passionate about American Sign Language (ASL).

Park organizer

Tylee is our resident stewardess, in charge of keeping our park & lounge spotless and our members happy. She loves rock music almost as much as she loves playing with the dogs at OFF-LEASH!
