Meet our team
Co-Founder & CEO
Kaden is the visionary behind OFF-LEASH, creating Utah’s first private dog park and social club. He leads with energy, creativity, and a commitment to providing a safe, clean, and vibrant space. When he’s not at the park, you’ll likely find him cooking up a new dish or exploring waters as a certified sailing captain.
Park manager
Tonnya is the heart of day-to-day life at OFF-LEASH. As Kaden’s right-hand and our experienced Park Manager, she ensures our park stays safe, clean, and fun. When she’s not making magic happen at the park, you can probably find her adventuring through her favorite place on Earth- Yellowstone National Park!
Senior Park Organizer
Madi is our Senior Park Organizer, bringing extensive experience working with dogs and training in veterinary aid. Her background and knowledge make her a trusted presence to ensure every pup’s safety and our member’s peace of mind. In her free time, Madi loves riding her horses and playing lacrosse!
Park organizer
Matilee is one of our skilled and knowledgable Park Organizers. With a background in canine training and behavior, Matilee is a trusted source in helping our members build an even stronger relationships with their pups. She has two amazing dogs and is passionate about American Sign Language (ASL).
Park organizer
Tylee is our resident stewardess, in charge of keeping our park & lounge spotless and our members happy. She loves rock music almost as much as she loves playing with the dogs at OFF-LEASH!
Social Media
Lainey is the creative voice behind OFF-LEASH’s social media, using her talent for storytelling and design to showcase just how awesome our community really is. She keeps our members connected, engaged, and always in the loop. When she’s not creating content for OFF-LEASH, Lainey is performing with the USU Dance Team!
Marketing
Ethan helps shape the growth of OFF-LEASH by sharing our story and welcoming new amazing members into the community. With a gift for connecting people and a passion for building meaningful relationships, he plays a big role in growing our community of dog people. Outside of OFF-LEASH, Ethan uses his creativity to write and produce music.
