how it works
We have redesigned our park to be as simple and accessible as possible, while still maintaining our strong vetted community standards that we’ve become known for.
1. Choose a session that fits your schedule
Once you complete your free trial session, you can choose from up to 6 different 90-minute time slots every day - whichever fits your schedule best.
Sessions begin at 8:00 AM, with the last session starting at 6:00 PM.
Booking a spot is super easy and only takes a second! You can set up recurring visits online or with our team during your session - either way, we’ve designed our reservations to be as seamless and flexible as possible.
2. come in anytime within your time slot
You don’t have to arrive right at the start time! Each session lasts 90 minutes, so you can come anytime during that window.
For example, if you booked the 3:00 PM session, you can show up anytime between 3:00 and 4:30 PM.
Just remember - the 3:00 PM session still ends at 4:30 PM, no matter when you arrive. Coming earlier just gives your dog more time to play!
3. enjoy off-leash!
When you arrive, our team will greet you at the front desk and confirm your reservation.
After that, you can head right into the park and unleash your pup! Get some work done or just sit back and relax with a hot drink while your pup plays.
Our Park Organizers will be nearby the whole time to help with introductions and keeping interactions friendly to ensure everyone has a great experience.
premium service & amenities
1. Tell us about your pup
Fill out a super short form with your dog’s name, age, history, and vaccine info.
This helps us make sure all dogs are healthy and friendly before they play together!
Sign our waiver and confirm your dog’s vaccine records are up-to-date!
We require proof of current rabies, Bordetella, and distemper (DA2PP) shots for every dog.
